Let me tell you about a great experience my wife and I had , Jenny opened a massage  business called Wellness Kneads and we always try to do our part in helping out. It was by far  the best message that we've had in many years that we have been getting them . Libby commented that the foot massage was the best she ever had , we were in San Francisco two weeks ago and had the overpriced experience. I'll let my metro side show a little , the setting , sounds , smells  were all in place , most of all you got the best value for the dollars spent .   We all need some good points sometime in the relationships we have and this is a great way to receive them ....

Our Cancellation Policy

 
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for your scheduled services.
  •  Late Arrivals  - If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
